• CLIENT understands that: unless clearly stated otherwise on the invoice - ALL PAYMENTS in all forms (i.e. deposits, remaining balance, design work, website updates) from all clients to Mickael Blanchett are none-refundable.


• CLIENT understands that: Mickael Blanchett can't be hold responsible for any unauthorized use of the material provided by the client for a website. I.e: Reels including footage with copyrighted material or headshots/images that the client was not given permission to use.


• CLIENT understands that: there is a 50% deposit required after the booking date confirmation. (vocally or by e-mail). The 50% can be applied to both estimates and flat rates agreements.


• CLIENT understands that: a $50.00 USD fee will be charged to change the date of a booking within less than 7 days of the agreed booked date.


• CLIENT understands that: All invoices are payable on receipt. Unless different conditions are clearly written on the invoice.
